(different anon) tbh i never actually heard (or seen) him sing "him". Even lyrically it doesn't quite make sense, cuz he says "boys and girls are here" so why would he sing "him" if he's also mentioning girls? "them" makes much more sense and it still shows that he's into in both genders (hello he's a bi icon, we established that [not to label him but cmon]) so i think eager peeps just imagined him saying "him" all those times cuz those two pronouns when singing look and sound similiar?

People imagine him saying “him” all the time because he’s had history of mumbling his words while singing in the effort of making them sound legato, for lack of a better term (which sometimes kinda annoys me, like pls enunciate harry). Example off the top of my head: “I’m in love with you and all THESE little things” versus “I’m in love with you and all HIS little things” people take it as a coming out or something and maybe it is maybe it isn’t but unless it’s something really clearer and in HQ I’m of the firm belief that he’s just connecting his syllables

And yeah, lyrically and gramatically “them” makes more sense than “him”. You’re right, both the boys and the girls are out so logically he would mess around with “them”, as he made sure to specifically say both of them were out

not to be a party pooper but ya
