Hey I've bought things online before and things have come damaged and honestly as long as I get my money back I don't worry about it. Definitely apologise and say something like you'll learn to package better and try to not stress about it too much. I promise only terrible people will think you're a horrible person for a mistake that wasn't even your fault

yeah, but she said that the thing i sold her fell apart because of how i kept it and honestly? i kept it so well so i don’t understand how it would have done that…i also told her it may be the courier’s fault and she says that she doesn’t think so
