Hi!! Have you looked into limb length discrepancy maybe? I feel the exact same pain behind my right knee, and I discovered it while exercising too bc it hurts at lot when doing certain exercises. I had to start Pilates to even it out, but if you do lighter exercises, warming up before them and stretching a lot will help you a lot!
