it just means you haven't found someone you like yet! nothing wrong with waiting & not settling. lol if someone is worried or concerned about it they probably have never been without a relationship, which is true for my friends who think this way

i mean i would say that’s not true i think i’ve found at least one person who i’ve liked and wanted to be in a proper romantic relationship, but it all didn’t work out because of a fault on their part, not mine

but it’s not like i can explain that to people i’m meeting for the first time/going out with for the first time, ofc they’d be skeptical of any story i’ll tell because they don’t know me yet
