Hi, I don’t really have a fic in mind, but what was the most important or most memorable thing you learned from writing any of your fics?

umm I guess I learned that time away from your fics is so important. When you’re writing you’re so engrossed in it and so caught up in everything that at one point you’re like “EVERYTHING I WRITE IS TRASH” so you just say fuck it and give up. But you always have to have time away from it, so you can look at it with fresh eyes and realize that it’s actually pretty decent. so rather than putting yourself down, you can always identify aspects to improve on ☺️
