Stupid advice becuse you know it but, go to the doctooor! They'll probably tell you to rest you knee, so you can still work out and skip leg days!, but you'll know for how long and you will be sure you are not injuring it worse!

yes i know but i don’t have time :(((( i’m currently stuck in a country that is not my home and i’ll only be home for a maximum of 2 days before i’m off again…..and my parents aren’t here/at home and asian parents dont like going to the doctor lol rip

but i’ll message them and ask…i mentioned it to my dad the other day and he just brushed it off 😭
