As someone with knee problems - keep icing and elevating it and rest it where possible. If you want to keep exercising Id suggest non-weight bearing activities like bike or swim. If you do want to do running, try icing before and after, take anti-inflammatory if it's really bad (idk what it is in your country but I'd suggest nurofen as its a painkiller at the same time). If youve only just started doing the jumping recently, it may just mean you need to ease into it rather than pushing yourself

aaah thank you so much for the suggestions :(( i’m icing and elevating it right now (after like…a week of this dull pain sjhfsf i’m so smart) it’s not inflamed or swollen, which, thank god, so i guess i don’t have to take anti-inflammatory. but yeah, i’ll ease off it!
